1 FUEL DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Galler India proposes a customised solution for the fuel distribution management process at RELIANCE REFINERY-JAMNAGAR using state of the art RF, LoRa and GPRS technologies with intergration of high end analytical software .

2 HARDWARE All dispenser nozzles, both on land based terminals and on mobile dispensers/trucks will be fitted with a Wireless Rf reader. Fuel inlets on all equipemts will be fitted with a passive ring RF tag which will be tamper proof. A wireless receiver and a GPRS based communication hub will be installed at fuel pump/bunk and also on all fuel dispensing vehicles. Forecourt interface

3 PROCESS ARCHITECTURE-Fuel pump and DDU
CLOUD SERVER Client Server

4 PROCESS ARCHITECTURE-DDU and Equipment
GPRS based Wifi receiver/controller installed in driver cabin Cloud server

5 PROCESS STEPS AT DDU FILLING
EVERY TERMINAL PUMP NOZZLE WILL BE FITTED WITH A WIRELESS NOZZLE READER THAT WILL COMMUNICATE WITH A WIRELESS CONTROLLER KEPT AT THE FUELLING STATION. THE WIRELSS CONTROLLER WILL COMMUNICATE TO CLOUD SERVER VIA GPRS OR ETHERNET AS PER AVAILABILITY. THE DDU SHALL ALSO BE FITTED WITH A WIRELESS CONTROLLER AND A RING TYPE RF TAG WITH PRE DEFINED VEHICLE ID ON ITS FUEL INLET. EACH TIME A DDU IS FILLED AT THE FUELLING STATION,THE NOZZLE READER WILL AUTHENTICATE THE VEHICLE THROUGH THE RF RING AND SHARE DATA VIA THE WIRELESS CONTROLLER TO THE SERVER. A SEPARATE OPERATER TAG CARRIED BY THE OPERATER WILL ALSO BE SCANNED AT THE SAME TIME AS THE VEHICLE TAG AND BOTH DATA SHALL BE LINKED AT THE SERVER END. WE ALSO HAVE THE OPTION OF ALSO FETCHING FUEL QUANTITY FILLED DATA EITHER BY INSTALLING A FUEL LEVEL SENSOR IN THE DDU AND CONNECTED TO THE CONTROLLER OR DIRECTLY FROM THE FUEL STATION PUMP FORECOURT CONTROLLER AND SENT VIA THE SAME WIRELESS CONTROLLER TO THE SERVER. THE FOLLOWING DATA WILL BE CAPUTURED AT THE INITIAL STEP OF FILLING DDUs a) Carrier/DDU id b) Operator id c) Quantity dispensed d) Time, Date, Location stamp

6 PROCESS STEPS DURING EQUIPMENT FILLING
EACH EQUIPMENT SHALL ALSO BE FITTED WITH PASSIVE RF TAGS CORRESPONDING TO SHAPE AND DIMENSION OF THE FUEL INLET PIPE THE DDU NOZZLE WILL ALSO HAVE A NOZZLE READER THAT WILL AUTHENTICATE THE EQUIPMENT ID WHEN NOZZLE IS ALIGNED WITH THE INLET TAG AND RELAY THE INFO TO SERVER VIA WIRELESS CONTROLLER FIXED ON THE DDU A PULSAR ATTACHED TO THE FUEL DISPENSER PUMP ON THE DDU SHALL FETCH THE DATA OF THE QUANTITY DISPENSED TO THE EQUIPMENT AND SHARE THIS DATA WITH THE SERVER VIA THE WIRELESS CONTROLLER A SEPARATE FORECOURT DEVICE CAN BE INTEGRATED WITH THE WIRELESS CONTROLLER IF WE NEED TO PRE REGULATE THE QUANTITY DISPENSED OR TO SET PRE DEFINED LIMITS FOR ONE OR GROUP OF EQUIPMENTS OVER A PERIOD OF TIME BASED UPON CONTRACTUAL PARAMETERS. DATA RECEIVED AT SERVER END WILL BE ANALYSIED AND A REPORT GENERATED IN REAL TIME .
