To achieve this goal we will create a device that measures the blood alcohol level via infrared sensor; Once high BAC is detected, the car will be locked and the closest relatives or friends will be informed. 4 Customer Archetypes Single, College student, age: 22, who likes going to parties and has a car. Married Woman, age:40, children: a 17 year old son. Single, Teacher, age: late 30s, drives to school, frustrated with traffic. Friends and family of teenagers who are worried about them drinking or driving.

5 Hypothesis - Here’s What We Thought:
Base on the data: Every day in America, another 28 people die as a result of drunk driving crashes. Drunk driving costs the United States $199 billion a year, We hypothesized: Drunk driving is a serious issue People would want a device with low price Parents are willing to do anything keep their teens safe A car with good safety features is attractive

6 Experiments Through our customer interviews, we found:
People had strong feelings about drunk driving Safety over price Parents are actively taking actions to ensure the safety of their child People are willing to buy car with good safety features Premium goes up a lot after an accidents

7 Results: People care deeply about drunk driving (we have a market)
Price of our device does not have to be very low Parents and people with cars are potential customers The device cannot be built in
