TARGETS OF THE BRAND Promotion of production, marketing and valorisation of agricultural, zootechnical, silvo-pastoral and ITTIC PRODUCTS, both fresh and processed Development of synergies between those who produce the raw materials and those who transform them and enhance them Maintain the added value on the territory where the supply chain is developing Offer dealers a tool for communication, promotion and marketing to consumers (the logo)

ITTIC TECHNICAL PRODUCTION SPECIFICATIONS (PROTOCOLS) APPROVED BY REGIONAL AGENCY FOR AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT (E.R.S.A.) 1- RAINBOW TROUT AND CHAR (2013) 2- CLAMS AND MUSSELS (2015) Each protocol: is arranged according to the requirements concerning the three axes: Agriculture, Quality and Environment arrange a reduced range of supply chain development: 90 km from the farm requires a certification of conformity to the technical specifications issued by an independent certification authority (UNI CEI EN 45011)

Coop. a r.l.) Each use license of the AQUA brand corresponds in fact to a supply chain

MAIN REQUIREMENTS concerning food safety & quality OF AQUA TECHNICAL PRODUCTION PROTOCOL :
REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING TROUT FARMING METHODS (oxygen level above 5 mg/L, maximum density of biomass) FEEDING REQUIREMENTS (selected feed mills) FISH HANDLING REQUIREMENTS: the fish must be slaughtered / processed in a factory situated within a 90 km radius, as the crow flies, from the trout farm where the fish has been raised for 2/3 of the biological cycle (gaining at least 70% of its weight); minimum fast before shipping: 48 h maximum time between fishing and arrival at the processing center: 8 h
