3. The new enhancement details
The ILL Receive operation was enhanced to support receiving of Multiple Items instead of only just one Item.
All received Items will be created under the same ADM record.

4. The new enhancement details
Arrival Slip will be printed for each Item and the Arrival Letter to the Patron will include a list of all received Items.
The functionality of receiving Multiple Items is available from the Receive button in the list of requests (Returnable Multi) and also under the Bulk Operation (Receive Returnable Multiple Items).

9. Receiving the multi item request
Now the request has been sent and we will receive it

10. The new “Items” tab
We will receive it and move to the “items” tab

11. Receiving the first item
After clicking “add” the “Multiple Items” window opens to begin receiving

12. Receiving a second item
Because it is multi item we will click “add” again.
This was not possible before version 21.
If it was single item we would click “OK” here.

Now that we have received both items for the one request we will click OK

14. Compared with pre-version 21
In versions earlier than 21 there was no items tab and there was a place for only one item barcode

15. Arrival letter
Both items appear in the arrival letter

16. Arrival slips
An arrival slip appears for each item

17. The loan
Both items are loaned to the patron
