Genna boyce

Lit Review Many studies showed that there is benefits and disadvantages for working while in school Less time to spend on studying (Lang 2012) Job demands have a negative impact on students’ satisfaction and well-being (Chambel & Curral, 2005) Job went along with studies (Butler, 2007) Jobs improve social, cognitive, and practical skills (Greene & Maggs, 2015) Hypothesis: Students who are employed will have better time management than those who are not employed
3

7
Results Time spent on both task will be recorded
Correct answers will be collected Employment status will be gathered 2 X 2 within subjects ANOVA Measures the mean and standard deviation of each condition Two ANOVAs will have to be conducted Will determine if employed participants spent more time on the reading comprehension which lead to them getting more correct answers.
