Will integrate activities across departments
Saves time and expense

4. Dis advantages May be different from existing processes
Because it may be different it may be disruptive to employees

5. Commodity and ERP
According to Dictionary.com, Commidity is an article of trade or commerce, something of use or value, or a quantity of goods
Enterprise resource planning systems track customers, process orders, manage inventory, pay employees, and provide general ledger, payable, receivables, and other accounting functions.

6. ERP Systems CUSTOMER(CustNum, name, IndustryCode, Annual Sales)
ORDER (OrderNumber, OrderDate, SalesPersonName, Amount, CustNum)
PAYMENT (OrderNumber, PaymentDate, PaymentAmount)
