Because MOYS believes that youth are the palpitant heart for durable human development ,we are aiming at taking care and fostering Youth and Adolescents at all physical, epistemic and behavioral levels, moreover we are aiming at
empowering them and strengthening their participation in struggle for liberation and merging them in the development and the building process of their homeland and societies.
