1. Mission reimbursement rule
National reimbursement rate (link attached to agenda)
Untill few months ago, IN2P3 had reduced rate (‘forfait’) for CERN, US, Italy, Desy
Few months ago, CNRS decided to cancel the reduced rate
Since 17th June, CNRS decided to allow again reduced rate
→ New mission form to be filled (attached to agenda)
→ Require to compute the reimbursement rate

2. Proposition for mission reimbursement
Go back to the previous IN2P3 reimbursement
Necessary to fit within mission budget
Simpler for CERN with reduced rate
Request nominal reimbursement except for CERN, Italy, USA, Desy
CERN : 21 Euros per lunch/dinner + 83 Euros for hotel (max : 230 CHF per day)
If travel with own car, include your estimation (link to value in the agenda)
Italy : 176 Euros (17,5 % per lunch/dinner) : (220 Euros per day)
USA : 160 $ (Max : 320 $)
If necessary, possible to increase after checking budget availability with team leader
No occasion yet to discuss about ENIGMASS reimbursement

3. Other mission issues
Budget status: 60 % spent of 54 kEuros + 10 kEuros to come → Should be OK this year ( Partially thanks to ENIGMASS support for missions)
Processing : More and more issues → delay (discovered when ask news)
