16th May 2017 On the 16th May 2017 – Applio Ltd attended the Mental Health Prevention & Innovation Workshop at ICentrum After a number of very informative presentations, Applio held numerous discussions with various members of the panel about the applicability of utilising the Applio – Game Based Learning platform to assist with the early intervention & prevention of Mental Health within young people. Applio believe that a number of Game Based Learning experiences could be deployed to address the various audiences that could make a difference in recognising and acting to assist with an early intervention programme relating to the mental health of young people – the audience could include, family, friends, teachers, practitioners etc. Applio believes that Game Based Learning could provide an engaging, non-obtrusive medium, that aligns itself to the demographics (young people) involved. Services Director Ross is an IT veteran with over 30 years' experience in a wide variety of management and consultancy roles. He is responsible for our Consulting practice has co- founded 2 companies and been part of a successful MBO of a major UK service provider. Tony Chamberlain Business Development Director Tony has 25+ years of Business Development expertise built up across major corporations spanning Europe, North America and India. He has experience of numerous start-ups and enjoys the buzz that can only be generated by building a successful new enterprise. Peter O’Brien Product Director Pete has over 25 years experience in technology delivery, learning and development and organisational change, across 4 continents. Having once been a VP of ‘methodologies’, Pete is now driving the re-humanisation of the workplace as HELM’s Product Director. HELM Team 8 People based in Lichfield, plus associate network 2 x InnovateUK Awards (2014 and 2015)

EMT have commissioned Applio to deploy 3 Game Based Learning experiences as part of their Personal Track Safety training Applio has worked with RWE for a number of years within their Change Management function. Applio is currently working on a Game Based Learning experience for GDPR Via the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network, Applio worked with Tissue Viability nurses to develop two Game Based Learning experiences for Pressure Ulcer training Applio is currently working with a large retail corporation who utilize our Game Based Learning within Customer Services – this organisation would like to enter into a community based partnership discussion
