3. Roles of Lighting Technicians !!!
Technicians need make sure that the equipment that they are using for a show is working.
lighting technicians work closely with a lighting designer and sound technicians.
Electrical lighting technicians or simply lighting tech, are involved with rigging stage and locating sets and controlling artificial, electric lights for art.
Lighting technicians set up and operate lighting for concerts, conferences and theatre, or in film and TV productions.

4. Responsibilities of a Lighting Technician!!!
Lighting technicians are responsible for the lighting and making sure that it is working ready for the show.
They need to be responsible for any trip hazards that could occur to either them or anyone else. Which means that they need to put tape on the floor to prevent this from happening.
Establish lighting requirements
Liaise with the lighting director and other staff to interpret their creative vision into the lighting design
Plot the lighting
Assemble all the lighting and filter equipment needed
Ensure all lighting equipment is in working order and organise any necessary scaffolding and cranes
Conduct risk assessments for health and safety purposes
Pre-rig the lighting and ensure all cables and wires are safely concealed

8. Roles of a Stage Director!!!!!
Theatre directors hold auditions to select the acting cast members. They collaborate with the technical crew, which may consist of lighting, sound, set and costume designers.
A stage director is in charge of making sure that the script is making sense for the acting cast to understand. Also they are also in charge of giving out directions and advice to the acting cast to make their roles much more effective.
Stage directors are in charge for telling the acting cast where to enter and exit the stage.

Programming budgeting
Organising rehearsals
Managing time and people and space
Holding auditions for productions, selecting and hiring designers, musicians, etc
Attending preview performances and preparing detailed notes for the cast and for the creative and production teams.

A theatre director applicant must have at least a high school diploma.
Stage directors must be able to handle stressful, emotional and physical conditions.
