TDL is a creative hub for digital preservation collaboration in Texas Provide support, inspiration and leadership in Texas Lead the country in strategic collaborative efforts towards distributed digital preservation Member goals are my top priority Member consultations starting with users of DuraCloud and TPN (DPN Texas node), expanding to all members in April Establish Texas-centric Levels of Preservation and support success at all levels Add workshops, webinars and more shared resources Technology should be less visible Clarify services in the context of the greater digital preservation landscape Interoperability between member workflows and TDL preservation technology options This presentation is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License

Simplify digital preservation workflows Provide examples: eg. help with inventories, prioritization, workflows, and tools Define and recognize levels of accomplishment from aspirational to advanced Showcase Texas Digital Preservation work nationally and internationally Public roadmap Work transparently and share widely A seat at the table Collaborate with national and international digital preservation projects Explore new grant and partnership opportunities Engage with ongoing projects: eg. TDR collaboration elevates Texas research Dataverse is a powerful tool to preserve citable datasets TDL services will expand over time based on member needs Align with digital preservation services Texas Data Repository Steering Committee Facilitate first meeting later this month!
