Purpose of study:
To assess the effect of Dermatopoietin-based signalling cosmetics on hair shedding.
Test Article:
Dermatopoietin® (DP)
Study design:
Randomized, double-blind, placebo- controlled study. Twenty six healthy volunteers about 45 years old, females/ males 2:1, daily shed hair number <110, received application of DermatoPoietin® or Placebo for 4 days. Hairs were collected upon combing and number of shed hairs was counted at Baseline and at six count session during next three months.
