The press conference dedicated to the opening of the 23rd Azerbaijan International Telecommunications and Information Technologies Exhibition and Conference Bakutel 2017 was on 4 December at the Park Inn Hotel, Nasimi meeting room. The press conference was attended by Mr. Elmir Velizade - Deputy Minister of Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan Republic, Mr. Edvard Strachan - Director of Caspian Event Organisers, Ms. Emiliya Ismayilova - Project Manager. 6. Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony of Bakutel was held on 5 December at 10:00 in Baku Expo Center.
The official opening ceremony of the exhibition took place with participation of:

Mr. Edward Strachan - Director of CEO
