Referrals Health, Social Work and Housing.
Sessions delivered on an individual or group basis
Types of sessions have included;
the development of a choir,
walking football sessions,
reminiscence classes and
social events.
Choir developed for over 65’s, particularly those with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Pilot of product showed how effective it was for signposting to additional services.
2nd stage development links users location to local assets
Users can add their own assets
Partnership work with University West of Scotland undertaken to develop this further – in essence this will work throughout UK
