Workshop Outcomes Reflect on the role of decision making within the game of football Explore why we should look to develop decision makers Identify how to develop decision makers in and through games Show sample practices where players have to make decisions based on the returns of the practice activity Highlight the impact of appropriate questioning by the coach in the DM process.

“Why and How questions enhance the players ability to make decisions. It’s important for coaches to allow players to think about questions and help encourage them to answer.
