Life is Like a Bicycle How even is your wheel? Label the areas of the wheel. As an exercise, color in each area from the center out, with an 8 being ideal. Look at your wheel-will it roll evenly?

How do you pace yourself? How do you protect your mind? How do you insure you are able to function optimally in all areas of your life?
