5. Ignition Interlock Device
Convicted of a DUI offense – Must install an

8. THE POINT SYSTEM

9. Driver Improvement Program
Motorists who accumulate between 12 and 14 points in a 24-month period will receive a Notice of Scheduled Suspension Probationary period for 1 year

10. Probationary Driver Program
2 YEAR PROBATIONARY DRIVER PERIOD -convicted of 2 or
more moving violations totaling 4 or more
points – enroll in Probationary Driver Program
Completion will result in a 3 point reduction
Failure to complete – suspension of driving privileges
