Luke Zuber, GA Joe Pitti, GA Games begin Monday Schedules posted Friday afternoons by 2pm Game schedules are Mon-Sun Played in the Park Center gymnasiums

3 All registration, roster management, communication, etc
All registration, roster management, communication, etc. will be done using IM Leagues Accessed through Intramural Sports website, same place as before Teammates must be registered before they can be added to your team! Feel free to download and use the app Lots of features and cool new settings Feel free to mess around with it and give us your feedback! Remember: this is new for us, too. Bear with us!

4 Level of Competition All-School:  competition
Recreational: Everyone else Divisions may be combined in regular season depending on registration If you need to switch leagues, today is last chance May move you up or down for playoffs at our discretion

5 Roster Management Drop/Add deadline: 3/5
Rosters managed through IM Leagues Players must accept invite & be included on your active roster before playing. Check player status and roster before 1st game Eligibility details: varsity/club basketball players ineligible for this league

6 One-Night Waivers Can add any eligible individual to your team on-site even if they play for another team Waiver form available from scorekeeper – person still needs Cortland ID Only one non-roster add per night – eligible for all games Can only be added if < max number of players Only used during drop/add period Does not affect roster – official changes only through IM Leagues! Wherever they are at end of drop/add, ROSTERED.

7 FYI Free Agents If you need extra people, you can leave your team open to free agents Can be set so players can add automatically or need your approval to join Team Availability Must leave at least 13 open time slots Can be adjusted any time through IM Leagues Changes will take effect with next week’s schedule Scheduling Based on the times you tell us you’re free Playoff Scheduling Push notification reminders can be set up through IM Leagues Up to you to set your own reminder preferences!

8 Open/Extra Games Only 1 scheduled game/week (except playoffs)
Expect 5-6 scheduled games before playoffs Interested in playing more? 2 Options: Open Games – link in main sport page Opt-in s – sent on Tuesdays Captain’s only ones who can request We assign games – as early as possible

9 Uniform Requirements Must have a number on FRONT & BACK Same color
Numbers cannot be taped/drawn on! Equipment Checkout in the SLC rents pinnies for 1$/pinnie/day No refunds, limited availability Allow time to rent and get to Park Center!

10 Rules & Behavior Full rules packet online
NEW: Cannot start a game with fewer than 4 players Updated Mercy Rule: Automatic = 25+ points w/ <2’ in 2nd half Elective = 35+ points at any point in 2nd half Updated Rim Rule: Technical foul, ejected for team’s NEXT game Pre-game/halftime violations – foul shots taken before start of half Post-game: SR rating -1 Post-season: carries over to other sports Reserve right to eject at any time 3 TFs related to rim = forfeit, fine, 15-0 loss

11 Sportsmanship Ratings
Captain’s sign score sheets at end of each game Rating between 0-4 3 is average Must maintain 2.5 average to qualify for playoffs Can view scores/average ratings on IM Leagues Treat our staff with respect and we’ll do the same for you!

12 Forfeits/Cancellations
Forfeit fees are mandatory Captains placed on stop list on day after forfeit Fine amounts = to lost wages for staff This league: $41.00 When we lose money, you lose money

13 Forfeits/Cancellations
Forfeits/Cancellations considered “events” Any combo of 2 events = removal from league When fee is paid, captain given option to continue or drop out If continue, risk 2nd fine Can drop out of league any time Captain’s responsibility to collect $ from teammates to offset burden of fine During playoffs, no fines if: Team is scheduled against availability Advancing in bracket leads to game scheduled against availability STILL MUST NOTIFY US DURING BUSINESS HOURS TO AVOID FINE!

14 Options Rescheduling Nope. Tell us when you can play and we’ll schedule you accordingly Cancellations One cancellation w/o penalty. Must give 24 hours business notice (i.e., by 5pm Mon-Fri) Can be done through IM Leagues Requests You can use IM Leagues to keep your availability up to date, including requesting specific days off, even well in advance. Must request by Wednesday of week before Must play 4 games to qualify for playoffs
