19. Rotary Foundation Grants
Important
Any DDF received will be immediately deposited in the District Grants Account and disbursed only to fund approved District Grants. For DG projects in which the Club is contributing cash to the project, the Club will transfer the contributed cash to the District Grant Account and subsequently pay project-related expenses only from the District Grants Account. Do not disburse any funds until your application is approved and all DDF and Club contributions are deposited in the District Grant Account. Failure to comply with this requirement may jeopardize the entire District 5000 District Grant.

20. Rotary Foundation Grants
Important
The District Foundation Stewardship Committee will be conducting audits of 15% of District Grants and 100% of all Global Grants where a D5000 club is the lead partner.

21. Rotary Foundation District Grants

Submit applications by August 1 to District Grants Coordinator: Bob Ritchie:
Clubs will be notified of approvals in September. Clubs need to provide a bank statement showing all matching funds and other Club contributions on deposit in their grant account before District DDF funds are released.
Submit the Final Report within 2 months of the project completion date. If the project is not completed, a Progress Report is due by May 31, 2017.

22. Rotary Foundation Global Grants
The deadline for applying for a Global Grant and using your allocated District funds is October 1, Club Presidents and International Chairs must submit their grant proposal to Mark Harbison: ‘

23. Rotary Foundation Global Grants
The minimum World Fund contribution to a Global Grant is $15,000. This means that your Club(s) and your international partner(s) must match that with $15,000 in Cash and DDF. The Rotary Foundation matches District Designated Funds (DDF) 1:1 and Club Cash 0.50:1.
