Offer rooms in houses or flats through property owners who contact us
Offer studio flats, as well as a range of properties in London or within commuting distance
Send staff seeking accommodation ( & owners)a simple form to complete
Match staff with appropriate accommodation
Provide relevant information
Suggest options for short term accommodation needs

4. What we don’t do… Manage any property – introductions only
Assist with property exchanges
Intervene should problems arise –
Visit or check the property –

5. What can you do?
Ensure new staff know there is a Staff Accommodation Service at UCL and invite them to make contact as early as possible
We also welcome new properties - rooms, flats, houses
