3. THE CREATION OF HUMAN BEINGS FROM WATER /CLAY Allah created every [living] creature from water. Some of them go on their bellies, some of them on two legs, and some on four. Allah creates whatever He wills. Allah has power over all things. (Qur'an, 24:45)

Farsi و خداوند هر جنبنده‌ای را از آبی آفرید؛ گروهی از آنها بر شکم خود راه می‌روند، و گروهی بر دو پای خود، و گروهی بر چهار پا راه می‌روند؛ خداوند هر چه را بخواهد می‌آفریند، زیرا خدا بر همه چیز تواناست ! 24:45

Then will they not believe? Pickthall Have not those who disbelieve known that the heavens and the earth were of one piece, then We parted them, and we made every living thing of water? Will they not then believe? Farsi آیا کافران ندیدند که آسمانها و زمین به هم پیوسته بودند، و ما آنها را از یکدیگر باز کردیم؛ و هر چیز زنده‌ای را از آب قرار دادیم؟ ! آیا ایمان نمی‌آورند؟ ! 21:30

And ever is your Lord competent [concerning creation]. Pickthall And He it is Who hath created man from water, and hath appointed for him kindred by blood and kindred by marriage; for thy Lord is ever Powerful. Farsi او کسی است که از آب، انسانی را آفرید؛ سپس او را نسب و سبب قرار داد ( و نسل او را از این دو طریق گسترش داد ) ؛ و پروردگار تو همواره توانا بوده است. 25:54

14. THE CREATION OF HUMAN BEINGS FROM WATER /CLAY One such miracle is of the creation of living things from water. When we look at the verses concerned with the creation of human beings and living things, we clearly see evidence of a miracle.

15. THE CREATION OF HUMAN BEINGS FROM WATER /CLAY All life forms need water in order to survive. The words "Water is the main component of organic matter. 50- 90% of the weight of living things consists of water" appear regularly in encyclopaedias. It was only possible for people to come by that information, clearly expressed in those verses, hundreds of years afterwards with the invention of the microscope.

16. THE CREATION OF HUMAN BEINGS FROM WATER /CLAY The analysis of cytoplasm and its appearance in textbooks took place hundreds of years after the revelation of the Holy Qur'an. Furthermore, 80% of the cytoplasm (basic cell material) of a standard animal cell is described as water in biology textbooks.

17. THE CREATION OF HUMAN BEINGS FROM WATER /CLAY It is therefore impossible for this fact, now accepted by the scientific community, to have been known at the time the Holy Qur'an was revealed. Yet, attention was drawn to it in the Qur'an 1,400 years before its discovery.

18. CREATION FROM CLAY In the Holy Qur'an, Allah reveals that the creation of the human is a miracle. The first human being was created by Allah shaping clay into human form and breathing a soul into it:

19. THE CREATION OF HUMAN BEINGS FROM WATER /CLAY Your Lord said to the angels, "I am going to create a human being out of clay. When I have formed him and breathed My Spirit into him, fall down in prostration to him!" (Qur'an, 38:71-72)

20. THE CREATION OF HUMAN BEINGS FROM WATER /CLAY Then inquire of them: Is it they who are stronger in structure or other things We have created? We created them from sticky clay. (Qur'an, 37:11)

21. THE CREATION OF HUMAN BEINGS FROM WATER /CLAY When the human body is examined today, it may be discovered that many elements present on the earth are also to be found in the body. Living tissues contain 95% carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorus and sulphur, with a total of 26 different elements.9191 In another verse of the Qur'an we are told:

25. THE CREATION OF HUMAN BEINGS FROM WATER /CLAY The Arabic word "sulala," translated as "extract" in the verse, means "representative example, essence." As we have seen, the information revealed in the Holy Qur'an 1,400 years ago confirms what modern science tells us-the fact that the same elements are employed in human creation as those found in the soil.
