Frequency Adverbs go BEFORE the Main Verb:
He usually speaks English at home
He never goes to the cinema
Exception: TO BE!
The frequency adverb goes after this verb
He is always late
I am often a lazy boy
Frequency Adverbs:
ALWAYS- siempre
USUALLY-casi siempre/normalmente
OFTEN- a menudo
SOMETIMES- a veces
NEVER- nunca

4. Frequency sentences: These expressions go Once = una vez
Twice = dos veces week/day/month/year
Three times = tres veces
Every day- todos los días
Every year- cada año
At the weekend – el fin de semana
