God does not place any lien on our property or possessions Whatever we choose to give God is of our free will God hates deception and untruthfulness Nothing is hidden before God God will reveal our secrets to those in spiritual authority over us God is merciful but we risk judgment when we take Him for granted It is dangerous to join others to practice deception in God’s presence Don’t package with God; come clean and He will be merciful to you

RELATING WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT (Acts 5:1-10)
Act 5:9 “How could the two of you even think of conspiring to test the Spirit of the Lord like this?” Conclusion: Relate properly with the Holy Spirit be greatly blessed. Treat Him with disrespect and suffer the consequences We must realize as believers that we have a much closer relationship with God than unbelievers. So close in fact the He actually lives within us through His Holy Spirit. What we do with our bodies, lives, tongues, possessions etc. matter very much to Him. If we treat the Holy Spirit with respect, we will be far more powerful than those around us and we will achieve far more than we can imagine. However, if we treat Him with disrespect by living anyhow, we risk severe judgment in this life and in the hereafter. Remember, our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. Let’s be careful how we behave.
