Create a character card for a character you played in a recent stimulus drama. Include: Name, Age, Occupation, Family Details, Personality, Voice and Movement. Explain how using Hot-seating helped you or would have helped you to develop this character. Think of the most important relationship in the above drama between your character and one other character. Describe this relationship. Write a character card, with the same details as question one for that OTHER CHARACTER. Imagine that you are ‘Writing in role’ to the character you have mentioned above. Complete a detailed character card for a character that you played in a recent stimulus drama. Choose three characterisation techniques from the slides and say how these techniques helped you, or might have helped you, to develop a greater understanding of this character. Think about how your character felt about another character in this recent stimulus drama. Write ‘in role’ about your characters feelings for this OTHER character. Think about how ALL OF THE OTHER characters in the recent stimulus drama may have felt about your character. Draw a Thought Tunnel diagram to show what comments they would have made about your character or your characters situation?
