What do you think you did well during the writing process of the play? Why? What was a struggle for you as you were writing? What do you still want feedback on from me (the teacher)?

RADAR: Replace, Add, Delete, and Reorder Consider how you will be scored. Structure is written as a play with dialogue Characters are well-developed Setting/scene is vividly described The conflict develops throughout the plot The theme is clearly demonstrated Stage directions enhance the reader’s understanding Areas of concern for a one-act play: Did you get into the action of the play quickly? Or do you have a lot of unnecessary dialogue? Is your dialogue natural? Does it sound the way the characters would actually talk?

7 Writing Time You have the remainder of the period to finish and revise your play to be turned in at the end of class. Look at the feedback you received from your group yesterday. Try to emphasize your strong areas and revise your weaker areas. Remember to RADAR. Remember to edit your dialogue. Make sure the feedback from your group is written and clearly labeled somewhere on the play. If you finish early, you should read your book.
