Customer effort during the whole WA release life-cycle consists in about one hour a month, for Design Reviews and Demos. Beta code testing is up to customer availability.

At sprint end, a demo session is set up with the team, stakeholders, and customers:
the videos are shown to present what was accomplished during the sprint and
gather feedback. The finalized videos are published to the Workload Automation YouTube channel on GA date.
