1992 – establishing of the Transport-Forwarding Company “Central Asia Trans" (TFCK)
1995 – reorganization into the State Joint-Stock Company of international road transport “Central Asia Trans“
2015 – reorganization into JSC “Central Asia Trans“.
The charter capital of the enterprise is UZS.

JSC «Central Asia Trans» is located: 
Republic of Uzbekistan, 24, str. Sayfi Olimov,
Sergili district, Tashkent,
The area of the Company is 14 hectares.
The territory of JSC «Central Asia Trans» is located
in the southern part of the Tashkent city, on-site at the
Tashkent Ring Road, which gives a number of
advantages for Companies cargo trucks to participate
in domestic and international road freightage.
The territory has the following objects: office
building, auto repair shops, petrol stations, parking for
the cargo trucks and other industrial buildings and
Facilities.

6. JSC «Central Asia Trans» General information about our Company
Today, JSC «Central Asia Trans» has 175 units of «Mercedes-Benz» trucks with semi-trailers of various types with loading capacity of up to 24 tons (frame-tent, refrigerator, isothermal, all-metal).

7. JSC «Central Asia Trans»
In order to meet modern requirements and improve the quality
of provided services, JSC "Central Asia Trans" in 2016, on a leasing basis, got 18 additional refrigerated semi-trailers and 14 trucks EURO-4, made by JV "MAN Auto Uzbekistan“.

8. JSC «Central Asia Trans»
The main activities of the Company are:
- organization and implementation of transportation of export-import, transit and interurban cargoes by transport. (cotton fiber, food,  fruit and vegetable products, equipment, construction
materials, consumer goods, textile and knitted goods, other
(chemicals, furniture, cable  products, etc.)
- organization and implementation of freight forwarding  cargo services;
- organization and provision of services and repair works for cargo trucks.

9. JSC «Central Asia Trans»
JSC "Central Asia Trans" includes transport enterprises located in Ferghana and Surkhandarya regions, as well as in Tashkent, whose activities are also the organization and implementation the transportation of various goods.
In the beginning 2010, JSC "Central Asia Trans" jointly with the leading South Korean transport company "HANJIN Co." LTD, created transport organization JV " Eurasia Logistic Service LLC".
The activity of JV LLC Eurasia Logistic Service is the organization and implementation the transportation of various cargoes.
It has 22 trucks made by JV "MAN Auto Uzbekistan".
Also JSC "Cantral Asia Trans" is the founder of the following enterprises, with share participation:
  1) Uzvneshtrans JV LLC - 4%.
  2) Parkent Packing LLC - 30%
  3) Bukhara Trans Terminal LLC - 11%.

Today, JSC “Central Asia Trans" has it`s 5 enterprises, created with 100% equity participation of our Company.

     5) Central Asia Trans GLS
The main activity of our enterprises is also the transportation of export-import cargoes in various directions, mainly such as: CIS countries, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan. Also, makes services and repair works for cargo trucks.
The activity of “Central Asia Trans Servis" is making services and repair works for cargo trucks, both of our company and of third parties transport companies.

11. JSC «Central Asia Trans»
JSC «Central Asia Trans» and its organizations are the acting members of the Association of International Road Carriers of Uzbekistan (AIRCUZ).
In March-April 2013 JSC «Central Asia Trans» had successfully certified for conformity of requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008. Certification was held by auditors from the «SERT MANAGEMENT» - which the official partner of the German certification institution «TÜV International Certification (TIC) registered association «TÜV Thüringen e.V.» Thus, JSC «Central Asia Trans» has been certified and has become one of the first transport organization in the Republic of Uzbekistan which had passed certification for conformity of requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008.

13. JSC «Central Asia Trans»
JSC "Central Asia Trans" is one of the main carriers of cotton fiber in the Republic of Uzbekistan. And for 13 years has been transporting cotton fiber from cotton factories to specialized cotton terminals in the regions of the republic.
Contracts were concluded for the transportation of cotton fiber with 9 regional branches of JSC "Uzpahtasanoat": "Andijanpahtasanoat hududiy filiali" LLC, "Namanganpahtasanoat hududiy filiali" LLC, "Ferganapahtasanoat hududiy filiali" LLC, "Tashkentpahtasanoat hududiy filiali" LLC, "Syrdaryapahtasanoat hududiy filiali" LLC, "Jizzakhpahtasanoat hoodudiy filiali" LLC, Samarkandpahtasanoat hududiy filiali LLC, Surkhandaryapahtasanoat hududiy filiali LLC, Karakalpakpahtasanoat hududiy filiali LLC.
Today, more than 80 vehicles of our Company are involved in the transportation of cotton fiber.
