All hardware is owned, provided, and maintained by III. The monthly fee includes all system operations such as backups and all necessary system support including OS and Release upgrades. The fee also covers any hardware upgrades that might be required to support future releases and data storage requirements

Right after migration someone was able to spoof our server IP address in a script and attempted to systematically download AIP articles. III’s remote data center in Fremont had a denial of service attack on its network - no servers were effected. A Router at Innovative in Emeryville acted up. Glitches
