Alcohol is actually a depressant, meaning it slows down our nervous system and the way our brain functions.
When people drink too much, they might do or say things they don't mean. They might hurt themselves or other people, especially if they drive a car.
Someone who drinks too much, might throw up and could wake up the next day feeling awful!
Drinking too much alcohol at one time can lead to alcohol poisoning, which can kill a person.

8. Why do so many adults worry about Vaping and E-Cigs?
Smoking cigarettes is relatively socially acceptable, and has become even more so with the recent E-cigarette trend which involves vaporizing tobacco. Recent studies have actually demonstrated that E- cigarette use is associated with higher rates of smoking among young people. Whereas E-cigarettes are supposed to help people quit smoking, they actually appear to be causing teens to smoke real cigarettes!
Many people are putting illegal or synthetic substances into the vape pen/e-Cig which are usually harmful drugs.
Because they are so new, Researchers are still trying to find out the negative impact of vaping on your lungs and brain. We don’t know what it is really doing to you yet!....Don’t be the guinea pig!
