The LIHTC equity market raised just under $14B in 2016 and is poised to exceed that amount by more than $1B in 2016.
Based on our survey the equity market raised approximately $13.8 billion in 2015; 72% through syndicators with the balance from direct investors.
Average housing credit pricing at the lower tier was $0.91 in November 2014 vs. $0.98 in November 2015 versus $1.04 in May of 2016
