• Educate and empower local contractors to market the program • In particular, work with project originator firms to drive activity • Missouri PACE is written in a very broad manner to facilitate the utilization of PACE as a vehicle for economic development Comprehensive rehabilitation projects for underutilized or vacant buildings Creative uses for PACE can spur clean energy development and positively impact the community’s economic goals • Always tie in community’s broader sustainability goals with program metrics to emphasize the triple-bottom line characteristics of PACE • Sometimes chase unicorns – they’re real!
