3. Financial aid
If you applied for financial aid, all applications are being reviewed now. Heather will be ing everyone within the next week or so with more information.

4. Training - Expectations
Depending on Time of Year 3-4 Trainings per Month

Prior to Academy Travel to Competitions Consolidate Training Sessions for Teams
Players expected to attend as many training sessions as possible
Players are to maintain the minimum college GPA to enter college
Players are to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times
Players are expected to travel without their parents to certain events.
Players are required to keep a soccer journal of their experience and development
All players will complete a self evaluation and receive player evaluations from coaching staff.
If there is a club conflict please notify the coach and team manager . Club activities come FIRST it will not be held against you.

Players participating in Pre Academy will travel and room with their parents to each event they are committed to. Travel fee’s are assessed prior to each event and must be paid no later than 3 weeks before the event.

9. Travel Fees- We will collect a fee for each tournament
Travel Fees- We will collect a fee for each tournament. The fee will pay for tournament registration, each players lodging, food and ground transportation when team vans are required and coaching fees.
Flights –We will try and coordinate flights for Eastern and Western to fly together.
Driving – If an event is within driving distance ,then parents are responsible for getting their child to the hotel AND getting them to and from games or making carpool arrangements.
Parents are welcome to attend all events but are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements.
Travel teams events will be announced 6 weeks prior to an event so parents can plan travel arrangements accordingly.
All players must room with team, typically 4 to a room. NO EXCEPTIONS
1-2 parents per team will attend the tournaments as volunteer chaperones

10. Travel Attire-Players must wear the following Academy apparel while traveling:
PASS Academy Polo (for the older kids)or Training top for younger teams.
Khakis or Slacks (no holes or sagging pants or jeans)
PASS Academy Jacket (if needed)
Tennis Shoes, dress shoes or Flats ( No flip Flops)
Team Meals- No pajamas may be worn even down to breakfast or yoga pants, short shorts , tank tops . Players must always be visible in PASS gear.

11. Expectations-
Players will be polite and courteous at all times.
No balls in the hall OR rooms
Boys and girls are not allowed in each others rooms-EVER.
Players may not go in the pool unless their coach gives them permission.
Players may not leave the hotel with out supervision of a chaperones/coach.
Players may not leave with relatives with out permission from the administrator or coach.
All players will adhere to the set curfew and team schedule
If Any of these rules are broken it will affect playing time or result in being sent home at the parents expense

12. COLLEGE PREPARATION
PASS will offer college symposiums for parents and players throughout the year to help educate parents and players about the college recruitment process.
We highly encourage all of our players to attend the event to help better prepare players for being recruited.

15. TEAM MANAGER DUTIES
Handling all communication between PASS Staff and parents and players
Handle all non-player parental issues. Transportation, school conflict and player availability
Attend all team and manager meetings as necessary
Maintaining Player Cards
Maintaining Player Medical Release Forms
Maintaining Team Roster
Assisting with tournament travel schedule, weekend itinerary, travel chaperones and tournament preparations

16. SPORTS ENGINE TEAM APP
All parents and players will be required to utilize team snap for players availability for trainings and tournaments.
Team managers will be sending out information on how to get set up.
Very important tool for coaching staff to prepare for trainings and tournaments.
