Course Learning Outcomes
Develop personally meaningful and critical reflections of student success concepts to promote life-long learning. Discuss and apply key academic skills and student success research to daily practice as a university student. Identify and engage in productive, resourceful, and ethical student behaviours. Identify and demonstrate effective strategies for interpersonal and personal wellbeing.

Course Format Options Split class time equally between 2 groups
Alternating weeks Class is offered twice a week, but once per group of students Standard weekly class with online learning Group A: Mondays from 6 pm to 7:30 pm and the rest of the week online Group B: Mondays from 7:30pm to 9 pm and the rest of the week online Group A: Week one in class and week two online Group B: Week one online and week two in class Group A: Monday for 1.5 hours in class and the rest of the week online Group B: Wednesday for 1.5 hours in class and the rest of the week online All students: Mondays from 6pm – 9pm with a few hours of online work to do before and after class.
