2 Social history: non-smoker
Chief complaint :Requested for multiple crowns replacement and implants to replace lower posterior 46,36,35,34. Medical History:Patient claimed to be fit and healthy with no known allergy detected. Social history: non-smoker Dental History: Patient had tooth 34 extracted due to chronic periapical abscess on 23rd September Otherwise her lower 46,35,36 were extracted many years ago. Oral Examination: Fair oral hygiene with heavily restored dentition.Multiple crowns with open margin and a few caries presented,two implants 22,24 were noted. Healthy gingiva with no active periodontal disease noted. TMJ nil

Patient requested to replace 46,34,35,36 with implants.However, the crestal bone looks abit low and there is a bony defect in relation to 34 due to the large periapical lesion. Please kindly advice.
