Annual registration All student organizations are required to re-register by October 15th each year in order to maintain Student Senate recognition for that Academic year. This is necessary to signal to Senate and the University that the organization is still in operation. Registration is done one YOUR ORGANIZATION’S Bearcat Link page. When registration is open, there will be a blue bar at the top of your page. Registration should be done by the organization’s President or Primary Contact. At the point of re-registration, the organization’s Advisor and Roster should be updated to accurately reflect the makeup of the organization.

Your co-curricular transcript
Northwest Missouri State You Co-Curricular Transcript helps you to quantify your out-of-classroom experiences and show your well-roundedness. EVERY student on the roster of an organization, or who completes service hours that are tracked at Northwest, has a Co-Curricular Transcript that will show this involvement. Leadership positions will show based on the org’s roster. If you are not inviting ALL your members to your org’s roster, you are cheating them out of being able to show involvement in your organization. Be sure to inform them! This is also why you want all of your Service Hours entered for your organization.
