Discussion WSU data supports full-time faculty and residency exposure positive influence for Family Medicine interest Community preceptor influence is less Midwest data from decade earlier shows stronger community preceptor influence

Conclusions WSU clerkship data shows fluctuation for selection of that residency WSU junior internship data shows a less than or equal to 50% selection of that residency Midwest data shows negative correlation to selection of that residency
