Lower students’ anxiety, improve learners’ self- confidence & enable peer-correction Help students to make and sustain the effort of learning Provide language practice in skills Create a meaningful context for language use students get very absorbed in the competitive aspects of the games; moreover, they try harder at games than in other courses limited vocabulary, making lots of mistakes in either grammar or pronunciation in front of their classmates. These pressures may be ignored when students play games providing that games partially replace anxiety with positive feelings pave the way for real-life situation, and more uniquely, along with the sense of amusement

RELATIVE CLAUSES Chris Gunn (2012) affirms that relative clauses give students valuable tools for talking about language. They allow students to define things that they do not know the word for and understand definitions when they do not recognize or know a word. Ex: I need a thing that is used to cut wood. What do you call it? – A saw What is an architect? – An architect is a person who designs building.
