13.  2010 COMPLAINTS There were 328 complaints reported to the Solid Waste Division of ADEQ.

14. Of the 328 complaints worked, 67 were referred to city and/or county code enforcement officers. Of the remaining complaints, 102 were valid and 31 were invalid.

15.  2011 COMPLAINTS There were 431 complaints reported to the Solid Waste Division of ADEQ.

16. Of the 431 complaints worked, 110 were referred to city and/or county code enforcement officers. Of the remaining complaints, 159 were valid and 102 were invalid.
