In 2003, the International Labour Conference had a general discussion on integrated approach and adopted Global Strategy on OSH. The Strategy called for action in five areas. As a response to the first item Promotional and Awareness, the ILO has been organizing World Day for Safety and Health at Work on 28 April. Various national activities have been organized in over 100 countries in recent years. We have received video messages from world leaders for World Day.
