First: Increase global perspective and footprint
Increasing editorial staff to include regional editors—7 outside North America over the next 3 years.
Second: Liaison with governments, funders, KOLs and publishers to ensure we are EVALUATING emerging trends and  scientific developments beyond the high impact literature
Third: Build the collection with the same comprehensive and meticulous indexing that we use in the Flagship editions to provide the most comprehensive coverage of peer reviewed journal literature available anywhere
