2. Description
This is a business plan for a support center for people from risk groups. The name of the centre is “Hope and Gratitude” and our target users will be young people between 15 and 18 years old.
The address and the seat of the organization will be 5 “Transportna” Street, Burgas, Bulgaria.

3. . Mission
Our mission is to help young people keep dreaming and become more successful in life.
To teach them social skills
To create a friendly environment suitable for sharing and learning
To motivate them to study

4. Goals
Our goal is in one year to address the needs of all schools and institution in Burgas in which there are young people at risk. We want to make a name for ourselves as a good support centre and lend a hand to those who cannot cope with the challenges of growing up and finding meaning in education and career development or who have been victimized.

5. Services
Our center will stage-manage seminars on personal development for students who have lost their motivation to study. The process, also known as life-coaching, is about addressing obstacles or challenges and choosing a course of action to make people’s life become what people what it to be.
We will use our knowledge and skills to help young people with specific personal projects, general conditions and transitions in their personal life.

6. Team
Our team consists of two people – a PR specialist and a psychologist. The PR specialist’s task is to present and promote our idea, as well as, to organize the seminars and consultations. The psychologist will lead the seminars and the main aim will be the personal development of the clients. The seminars will be held at the weekends and will be 2-3 hours long. During our sessions we will use activities which will help the children to get to know who they are and what they want to be. We will help them develop their social skills and motivate them to be more successful in school. We plan to use interesting, creative and inspirational activities.

7. In Burgas there is a Center for Community Support, that provides service and help for children and families in risk groups, as well as, prevention of leaving children in orphanages. Our center for help and self development “Hope and Gratitude” is the first one in Burgas, providing meetings for teenagers.

8. Communication Plan
To develop and promote the center we will create a Facebook page, where every client will be able to see who we are and what services we offer, as well as the schedule of the seminars and consultations. In order to let more people know about our aims and activities, we will contact a local newspaper to make an appointment for an interview and inform those who are interested in our organization and in our mission. Thus we will create better conditions for direct communication with our potential clients and establish our centre on the market.

9. Financial Plan
If we want our organization to develop well, we will need funding for transportation and materials, which will be used by our clients during the sessions. The PR specialist will find sponsors by promoting the mission and the services of our centre. Everyone who would like to help us financially, will be able to find how to do it on our Facebook page.

10. Partners
Our professors from Burgas Free University will help, guide and support us with ideas derived from their professional experience. With them by our side we will have better chances for success in our undertaking. We rely on them for achieving our goals and improving our skills.

We understand that working with children with problems is a great responsibility and a very sensitive matter. This is why all the clients’ information we have will be strictly confidential.
