8. Homework 
There will be no English homework required, however refer to the following resources to reinforce what we are learning at home.  This information will also be on Mrs. Janke's webpage.

10. Daily routine
Arrival --- be on time 8:45 am every minute counts 8:50 is a Tardy! Line up in front of building.
Attendance --- regular - Please call the office if ill or not attending. Do not ask for school work to take with you on vacations.
Information changes Notify the office
Home arrival --- child go straight home Meet friends outside bldg.
Communication --- Text, , call the school, note in folder and remind. (please read all notes and empty folders each night)
Donations --- $25 to be turned into the office
Home reading --- Please encourage your child to read at home everyday. (Chinese Reading)

Penny Chart -- Counting/Adding/Full can get the same amount money using for class store later
Whole Group Rewards: 100% Chinese Speaking

Power Chair
SEP Conference will change to ILP Conference. Parents must attend with child: 2 times
15 minutes each to cheer your child’s learning achievement. This is not the time to discuss concerns.

12. Chinese Homework 1. A little bit of Chinese character writing practice
2. Speaking assignments at home: do an interview/make a graph/share your language with others, etc. (“Chinese Passport”)

Learning Chinese Literacy, math, science, social studies, arts with Chinese.
Chinese teacher is NOT allowed to speak English in the class.
Students are NOT ALLOWED to speak English in Chinese class as well.
Students are ONLY ALLOWED to speak Chinese in Chinese class, even
with their classmates.
