Identify and highlight the return on investment Momentum provides within slices of our core service offerings to the clients and industries we serve To be able/to provide tools to articulate that value/return on investment to a varied audience during different sales/learning opportunities

Develop a template to use for case studies that highlight Momentum's service offerings Develop 4 case studies around our core service offerings in the following areas: Management Consulting Process Improvement Project Management Implementation Support Present the developed case studies internally within Momentum and external audiences (To Be Determined)

Case studies are developed on time per the project schedule and meet the approval of the Project Sponsor

ROI SI Project Plan Initial Project Structure and Support Task Project Plan is Divided Into 2 Sprints Each sprint will contain 2 Case Study Deliverables Sprint 1 – Case Studies 1 & 2 Scheduled to begin on 2/1/2012 and end on 6/18/2012 Sprint 2 – Case Studies 3 & 4 Scheduled to begin on 6/19/2012 and end on 11/4/2012
