1 UKCG RESPECT CAMPAIGN Who: UKCG is the trade body for over 30 major contractors of which XXX (Company) is a member. What: The respect campaign promotes an inclusive atmosphere on site – where everyone, regardless of their background, can work effectively. Why: To ensure well-being of everyone working here. A respectful atmosphere means a safer and more productive site. How: This site supports the respect campaign. You will see posters and a code of conduct on display. If you have concerns about a respect issue talk to me as site manager or contact [helpline number]

2 CODE OF CONDUCT Appreciate individual differences, and treat them with consideration. Behave and speak appropriately, and cause no offence to anyone we work with. This site does not accept: – Offensive language – Bullying or harassment – Threatening behaviour
