2 Welcome to MULTI Air… MULTI Airways is an airline that provides affordable an educational, cultural experience which we’ll provide for YOU our passengers. We hope to give you an insight about what the country your visiting is like, just so you know before hand. We’ll provide food, music and entertainment in which applies to the destination your flying to. We want to further develop your understanding on other cultures. We pride ourselves in giving you the best experience possible and feel offering a education and cultural learning experience will help others to respect each other in this multi-cultural society we live in.

4 What Type of Airline are We?
The type of airline we are is full service. We want our passengers to enjoy the journey to their destination. We want them to travel in comfort and peace knowing that the money they spent will be going towards the greater good. We cater to the needs of the customer by providing the bare essentials needed to have a great flight. We have 5 main objectives that we stand for: Benevolence Integrity Respect Efficiency Devotion We want to be insightful.

5 What is your airline branding
Our airline logo has the colour scheme of blue and silver. The sky blue colour has connotations to flying into the sky and the silver colour shows the luxury our airline provides. We aimed to create a sophisticated and sleek logo that reflects the service of our airline. Our airhostesses use our colour scheme within their uniform to keep an ongoing notorious theme We aim to have a colour scheme that is infamous and instantly makes people think of our airline.

6 Our brand image- purchase your ticket to knowledge
Our unique selling point in this business is our entertainment. Aeroplane flights are extremely long; we can all agree upon that. As technology is changing and the modern world, we believe that us as an airline undoubtedly need to change and adapt too. So to cater to the modern world we live in today. An idea sparked! To have a FREE App- accessible on the Google Play Store, Apple App store, Windows and Amazon stores. This way anyone owning a device can download the app and just for boarding the plane have access to the entertainment services. To access the premium section of the app buying packages and add on to tickets will allow the passenger to unlock this feature. On the app there will be a premium service, this can be unlocked by either promotion or ticket (a code will be sent via / phone number to unlock this feature). Having the app also increases customer loyalty since they can be sent promotions and keep in contact with customers

7 Who are our passengers? Trends we have noticed amongst passengers:
79% of people travel for leisure Percentage of people aged over 45+ that travel at Birmingham Airport is 59% 54% of passengers are from the West Midlands Having looked at the data provided by Birmingham Airport our airline will target: Male and Female aged over 45 with a medium to high income. The type of person will be looking for a getaway from a busy life or be in retirement and would like to learn and explore the work. However to target different market segments we are also doing packages for young children who maybe accompanying their parents on trips. If we can accelerate customer range, it will not only benefit us as an airline, but it will be inclusive to Birmingham Airport. Since this is the origin of our airline.

8 Seating Arrangement Economy Premium Economy First Class
Each class section is located its own sector. We want our passengers to comfortable and relaxed whilst aboard the plan Customer service provided Air hosts/ hostesses will be impeccable. The environment we hope to surround our passenger in: calm, collective and peaceful. The material the seats will be cotton with memory foam cushioning/ padding.

9 Where will we be flying to?
Since the majority of the UK residents travel European countries, (Top 3 being Spain, France and Italy) we are mainly going to target European countries. This will attract more customers to our airline.

10 Revenue streams- tickets
We will be charging ticket price for our airline, it is difficult to say how much as ticket prices will vary depending on peak times. (Economy, Premium Economy, First Class) In addition to ticket prices we also aim to mark money from: Selling add on packages Selling duty free products Express boarding check in Advertising through the MULTI Magazine Selling MULTI Airway merchandise

13 Features of the APP and TABLET
We also have an educational programme on the tablet. Here you can: be introduced to the language (greetings, common sayings etc.), learn more about the culture, learn their traditions. MULTI Airways APP. The app is easily accessible, with the recent change in technology everyone has a smart phone so anyone can download the app On it you can create an account, or go as a guest- since the places to be visited are far away – means more time spent on the plan Features of the app; mostly entertainment, e books, movies, TV shows, games App is FREE to download but if you have paid extra a code will be sent via address, or phone number before hand for you to enter into the app to access the premium app. The Properties of the tablets are: Installed into seats for First Class and Premium Economy seats. Air hostesses can easily and efficiently get them out The tablet already includes Premium Unlocked Feature of the app. They are optional to use.

14 Maintenance We have strict no damage policy in place for the tablets. Enclosed in the terms and conditions it will stated that if a passenger has damaged or is responsible for those who do damage will be fined; if they cannot pay the fine then law procedures will put into place. They will also be reminded of the consequences whilst aboard the flight If they claim the damage to not be there fault then an investigation will be put into affect; to uncover the truth behind the incident.

15 Global Challenges We are aware of global challenges we are all faced with As an airline traveling around the world we pride ourselves in the awareness of how the may effect humanity as a whole One of the main problems in global warming; the factor which contributes to this is Carbon dioxide emissions. Since the jet fuel is an contributor to CO2 emissions, we want to rectify this by research. 4% of profits earned will be given to Environmental charities and research companies to hopefully find a way to over come this global phenomenon.

16 Challenges Ahead As a start up airline it is evident their will be challenges we need to over come in the future. But we hope to resolve these problems and improve later to make us the best airline we can be. We will need the help of passenger, businesses and influential platforms like social media. This is why we have a website, social media account on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This way we can ensure customer loyalty and promote the MULTI Airways brand.

17 Why Choose MULTI Air? So why did we chose to be called MULTI…
We chose to call our airline MULTI due to the variety of cultures we’ll be introducing to you hence the name ‘MULTI’. We don’t just provide different cultures, we want to bring you an ethnical, educational flight.
