2016 IEEE International Workshop on Electromagnetics (iWEM2016) May 2016, Nanjing Total 215 papers were accepted, 220 delegates from universities, research institutes and industries attended the conference. 4 keynote talks, 30 oral sessions and 4 poster sessions were arranged during the conference. 3 papers awarded as “Best student paper award” by the award committee.

2016 International Conference on Microwave and Millimeter Wave Technology (ICMMT2016) June 5-8, 2016, Beijing Total 352 papers were accepted, more than 400 delegates from universities, research institutes and industries attended the conference. 3 keynote talks, 31 oral sessions and 4 poster sessions were arranged during the conference. 3 papers awarded as “Best student paper award”.

Total 175 papers were accepted, 220 delegates from universities, research institutes and industries attended the conference. 1 forum, 6 keynote talks, 17 oral sessions and 4 poster sessions were arranged during the conference. 3 papers awarded as “Best student paper award” by the award committee.

Total number of 248 papers were accepted, about 300 delegates from universities, research institutes and industries attended the conference. 3 keynote talks, 4 workshops, 20 oral sessions and 4 poster sessions were arranged during the conference. 3 papers awarded as “Best student paper award” by the award committee.

3. Improvement Needed We will try to increase the exposure of students to more technical activities including workshops, conferences, as well as academic lectures. By implementing a more efficient way of broadcasting lectures held in different universities in Nanjing, students will be more aware of related activities happening in universities other than their own. This would benefit more students distributed in all the universities in Nanjing local.
