2. For Cost Centers: Activity Enter KSB1 on the command line and press enter.

3. For Cost Centers: Activity Viewing Costs/Balances: KSB1 Display Line Item Detail Enter the Cost Center and Posting Period Hit the execute button.

4. For Cost Centers: Activity These are the actual line items that posted to your cost center. To see the actual Document, Double - click on a Line Item. In this example, I clicked on the First Line Item (431100).

7. For Cost Centers: Budgets Viewing Budgets for Cost Centers: Y_DEV_17000001 Then enter your Fund, and hit the execute button. You will usually enter one fund at a time.

8. For Cost Centers: Budgets For more detail, click on the Fund Line (the Blue Line)…
