9 Meditate  Think about values, belief in a higher power

10 Use Imagery  Close eyes, imagine a better place

11 Enjoy yourself  Leisure activity or hobby

12 Renew yourself  Learn new skills, join a club

13 Think positively  Reflect on accomplishments, feel proud

14 Develop outside interests  Provide time for yourself

15 Seek assistance or delegate tasks  Ask others for help, no one can do it all

16 Avoid too many commitments  Learn to say no
