IDAM System Development Immutable IDs and the impact on other systems Remove PII (Personally Identifiable Information) from your email before it moves Concurrent Email and Calendar Systems During transition some will be on Thunderbird/Oracle Calendar and others will be on Live@edu End Users want time to adjust and prepare for new email & calendar system

Users prepare to move Organize what is necessary, delete what is not. Identify Finder Scans (Begin March 2011?) Department by Department Approach Early notifications and training Email accounts & server mail will be migrated to Live@edu (Centrally managed) End-Users will be provided time to migrate address books and remaining local email (requires end user action)
