They have close to 5800 employees who are facing issues in regards to facing the customers whilst delivering projects at the customer location. On account of not being able to deliver, the employees are resigning in large numbers.

The CEO and COO also found that the morale of the employees was low on account of a multitude of reasons. The HR team has also assessed the same through the internal survey that they had recently. HR in its dossier to the CEO and COO had suggested a multitude of changes to ensure reduction in attrition, besides, ensuring high morale of the employees..
